I provide Swedish & Deep Tissue sessions to cultivate the body-mind wellbeing with gentle, slow & deep strokes & stretches.
I offer sports massage for pre/post fitness time for recovery.
Relaxation Massage is structured to relieve stress, relax muscle tension, and nurture overall rejuvenation & release of neuro-chemicals. Deep Tissue is cultivated to unbind infernal muscle tension & treat tissue restrictions in specific regions bothering you--using techniques like MET's, frictions, Pin & Stretches.
Both are great for therapeutically unwinding & restoring balance to mind & body.
Online Booking requires notice, but you can walk-in/message me to book with me as I'm usually on location at Kitsap Therapuetic Massage on T-Th-Fri.
New Clients booking online must prepay as deposit, and please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to appointment time for health intake.
Appointment time is reserved just for you. Cancellations with less than 24 hr notice/no-shows result in deposit forfeit or invoice.

And if you're thinking about giving her a try try using the purchase a package of three the price is reasonable and it may convince you that this is better than anything your prescription writing doctor can give you
